A remodel beachfront condo in Venice Beach reimagined to portray the owners’ refined aesthetic while respecting its Venice Beach Boardwalk surroundings. 

The unit was kept minimal to incorporate corten steel, smooth trowel plaster, porcelein sheet tiles, and custom grey washed walnut floors made of 100% recycled materials. The overall interior embraces elegance and meditative simplicity to allow our hardworking client to relax in minimal interiors that maximize his oceanfront views.
