Kings Condo

Located in one of the few mid-century inspired condo buildings in West Hollywood, the goal for this 1965 throwback was to make the home feel as spacious and socially interactive as possible. Existing interior elements like wet bar and walls separating public areas from functioning were abandoned and removed. An efficient kitchen island was introduced and all storage was carefully integrated into perimeter walls in order to maximize functional space. An urban finish palette was selected to compliment the client’s sensibility with the fresh urban context.
