Glen Oaks Addition

We are expanding a historic structure which was the former car garage and horse stables originally constructed in the early 1900’s on what was once one of the largest estates in the area.   Converted to a residence a few decades ago, we are reallocating interior program elements and adding an Accessory Dwelling Unit.
