Glen Oaks Addition

In this project, we are expanding a historic structure that was the former car garage and horse stables originally constructed in the early 1900’s on what was once one of the crown jewel estates in Montecito and since converted to an elegant residence.  We will reallocate interior program elements and add an Accessory Dwelling Unit.
